What time can I check in

Check in is from 3pm

What time do I have to check out

Check out is by 11am – in order to keep our costs as low as possible we ask guests staying in our dorms to strip their beds and bring your sheets down to reception. If you are in a private room our housekeeping staff will strip the beds.

Is there parking?

We do not provide any parking but there are plenty of local car parks in Bristol with varying charges. The nearest are the NCP Nelson Street car part and the Broadmead Gallaries. What do you provide?

Apart from the warm welcome, we provide bedding and towels (except for the dorms where towels can be hired for a small charge).

What do I need to bring?

All guests must be able to provide photo ID and card details. If staying in a dorm room, towels can be hired from Reception at a small fee.

Are there Laundry facilities?

Yes – ask at reception to purchase tokens

What are the opening hours?

The front doors operate on a key system – either ring the bell or phone us on initial arrival, then you will be able to just tap your key card on the door key pad to let yourself in.

Can I bring friends in?

Only registered guests are allowed in the bedrooms. Friends of guests are usually allowed in the communal areas until 10pm.

What is your policy on smoking / vaping?

We do not allow smoking or vaping onsite

Can I drop luggage off early or store it on my last day?

Yes – we are happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

What is accessibility like in the hostel?

Unfortunately, our hostel is not fully wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us before your stay so we can do everything we can to ensure we can accommodate you.
